I've been making things since I was a little kid. I'm still at it. Oh, I've had jobs where I had to show up in a suit or sit in long boring meetings that made little difference to anyone. But all the good jobs involved making things — making stuff myself or running factories that made stuff. The point has always been the same. To make things that people found useful.
